" Former Hacienda La Puente school board member Norman Hsu faces fine for illegal campaign mailers!"

FPPC Acting Chief of Enforcement Galena West and Milad Dalju, commission attorney, said Hsu sent political material to Chinese voters living in the San Gabriel Valley’s largest school district without identifying the source as the law requires.

In each of the mailings, Hsu disguised the political attack mail as “community news,” the report stated.

	Li Changchun was the propaganda chief of the Communist Party of China. He was the member of the 16th and 17th Politburo Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China, China's de facto top power organ, since 2002.

2014- Pennsylvania State University & University of Chicago terminated their relationships with the Confucius Institute.

"Routinely and assiduously, Hanban wants the Confucius Institutes to hold events and offer instruction under the aegis of host universities that put the PRC in a good light—thus confirming the oft-quoted remark of Politburo member Li Changchun that the Confucius Institutes are “an important part of China’s overseas propaganda set-up.”
