AmericanMadeHeroes.com!

Extraordinary reclaimed wood furniture handcrafted from the salvaged wood of old barns, buildings and other American structures, originally constructed from old growth timber more than a century ago. Maintaining a "green" ideal since 1991 when we first started making furniture from recycled logs salvaged from slash-and-burn piles in the Pacific Northwest.

We are a team of craftsmen and computer geeks, accountants and artists, musicians and artists who have created an environment of harmony and respect. We try to bring our unique experiences, talents and varied backgrounds with us and it shows in our furniture.

    Western Heritage Furniture

March 09, 2010 — Western Heritage Furniture builds one-of-a-kind, handcrafted, heirloom quality furniture from the reclaimed wood of old barns, buildings and other early American structures. This is a short story about our company and a little insight into what goes into making a piece of our furniture - as well as an introduction to the original (and eclectic) crew of people that, for some reason, show up here everyday.

**** Please note that this video was produced several years ago and Western Heritage Furniture has since hired additional crew and staff ( and we were sad to see a few go). You can see a list of current team members at the updated web site. Just click on Mr. McClellan's photo to go to the web site.

Alexander Hamilton
"Not only the wealth, but the independence and security of a country, appear to be materially connected with the prosperity of manufacturers. Every nation ... ought to endeavor to possess within itself all the essentials of a national supply. They comprise the means of subsistence, habitation, clothing and defense ... The expediency of encouraging manufactures in the United States, which was not long since deemed very questionable, appears at this time to be pretty generally admitted."
